Terms and Conditions of Sale
The rules applicable to every order placed on Totem Ancestral.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern any order of personalized Totem Ancestral digital works, published by SENYCE PARTNERS (SARL), placed on the site totem-ancestral.com. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs, binding on the client in the version in force on the day of the order.
Article 2 — Identity of the seller
This site is published by SENYCE PARTNERS, a French SARL with capital of €19,000, whose registered office is located at 4 avenue Laurent Cely, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, France. Contact: contact@totemancestral.com.
Article 3 — Products and artistic nature
Depending on the offer chosen, you receive a PDF parchment, a high-resolution PNG visual artwork, and, for Ancestral and Family, a 90-second MP3 audio file of the imaginary ancestor's voice, along with a numbered certificate of authenticity. These creations constitute neither a DNA test, nor genealogical research, nor a divinatory, medical, or legal service.
Article 4 — Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and displayed before the order is confirmed. The Junior offer is priced at €9.99. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. SENYCE PARTNERS retains no complete banking data. The order is final once payment is fully collected and the information needed for composition is confirmed.
Article 5 — Order and composition
Each order includes a creative questionnaire enabling personalization of the work. It is confirmed upon receipt of full payment; a confirmation email is sent immediately. The house reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, manifestly unlawful content, or technical impossibility.
Article 6 — Delivery
The artwork is delivered by email within fifteen minutes (thirty minutes for the Family offer) after the questionnaire is validated. If a technical issue prevents delivery, the artwork is recomposed or fully refunded.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
As the works are made to the client's specifications and are clearly personalized, and given that they are digital content supplied immediately, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal once composition has begun, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Before that point, the client has the statutory fourteen-day period.
Article 8 — Legal warranties
The consumer benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a missing or unreadable file, or a delivery failure attributable to the service, SENYCE PARTNERS will provide a new delivery or a refund. Subjective assessments of style, tone or artistic interpretation do not, on their own, constitute a lack of conformity.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
All content on this site remains the exclusive property of SENYCE PARTNERS. A personal right of use is granted to the customer for the work delivered to them.
Article 10 — Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the site.
Article 11 — Mediation and applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the client first sends a complaint to contact@totemancestral.com. Failing an amicable solution, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris — cm2c.net, in accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
